Just wanted to share a scene from the Rio Dulce. The above video was shot on a village lagoon in the Biotopo Chocon Machacas – a national preserve for the protection of the Manatee.

It was shot just after a brief rain shower and begins with a shot of a “cayuco” – a hand carved canoe that villagers use for fishing and transportation. It ends with the arrival of villagers on a more modern form of transportation – a motor boat.
